Due to continued growth LMR has increased its apprentice intake this year helping to ensure the company has the skills that it needs for the future.
Pictured with Mick Podger, LMR Works Manager, are our latest recruits Ryan and Stephen who have just commenced a 4 year apprenticeship. They will be students at Mid-Kent College and will be working on many modules including gear manufacture.
